Andrew Sharp is the Owner and Head of Player Development of SharpShooter Hockey Training, a nationally certified strength and conditioning coach, and a former hockey player with 10 years of professional playing experience in North America and Europe. Andrew combines his vast knowledge of training athletes with his professional hockey playing experience to help his players reach their hockey career goals. After playing junior A hockey in the BCHL, SJHL and MJAHL, he played over 400 games of professional hockey, winning a European Elite League Championship (EIHL) with the Sheffield Steelers, 3 English Premier League (EPL) championships with the Guildford Flames and Manchester Phoenix. Andrew also holds a first aid license at the First Responder Level 3 with Spinal and AED Endorsements, and an Emergency Medical Responder certificate from Justice Institute of British Columbia.

Lynden Sammartino is the owner/operator of LSGC goaltending and also the Goaltending coach for the Victoria Royals of the WHL and Valley West Hawks of the MML. Lynden has a deep knowledge of the position and has worked with several professional level goaltenders over his 9 years as a Professional Coach. Lynden was mentored by Columbus Blue Jackets goaltending coach Ian Clark and Philadelphia Flyers Development goaltending coach Brady Robinson.
Grew up playing hockey for the Vancouver Thunderbirds where he remained until earning his spot for the Greater Vancouver Canadians of the BC Major Midget League. Pearce's next 4 years were spent with BCHL Junior A Clubs Alberni Valley Bulldogs, Victoria Grizzlies and Vernon Vipers. One season after that with WHL Portland Winterhawks to cap off an impressive junior career. Eviston played a year professionally in the ECHL after junior with the Quad City Mallards. Pearce's playing history and younger age (25) will serve the Bruins players well, we look forward to having Pearce contribute to NWB development.
Darcy Frederick has had a decorated playing career, including a PIJHL championship and league MVP, to becoming an established coach. Darcy's teams have always been built on hard work, speed and team play. With 10 years coaching experience ranging from Midget AAA to H2, Darcy's philosophy is based on strong team play with a heavy focus on fundamental skills and the importance of understanding hockey principles.
Darcy believes that your child's all around game can improve with a combination of intensity, repetition and instant feed back from the coach. Darcy is the Head Coach of the NWB 2004 AAA & 2007 AAA.

Currently in his 11th year of coaching, Coach Bob along with the other NWB Coaches have grown the NWB Bruins Family to a 150 kids Yearly Developing with NWB. Bob Stecher is constantly assessing his own coaching style and philosophy best described as solid old school work ethic with new age techniques, firm but fair, rewarding Hard Work is always praised. Coach Bob see's the game differently then most people which has greatly contributed to the Development of success of NWB players.
To date, Bob has directly contributed to the Development of (6) NHL Draft Picks/Contracts, (13) NCAA Scholarships and (20+) WHL Players.
